Beautiful Day

雨上がりの気持ちよい日、青空が一層青く澄んで、白い雲が輝きを持っていて、木々が暖かい太陽の光に向かって生き生きと枝と葉を伸ばし、爽やかな風に吹かれてサラサラと音をたてています。鳥たちは、うれしそうにさえずっています。

内側から出てくるエネルギーと外からやってくるエネルギーが感じ取られます。この感覚はたまらなく心地よい感覚です。

今朝、窓の外を見て、まず声に出した言葉はＷｈａｔ　ａ　ｂｅａｕｔｉｆｕｌ　ｄａｙ！でした。

久しぶりに聞きたくなった歌があります。それはＵ２のＢｅａｕｔｉｆｕｌ　Ｄａｙです。持っていないものは今はいらないもの、今あるものに喜びを見出して感謝するということをリマインドしてくれる歌です。Ｕ２の歌はheart and mind, body and soulに関連したものが多くて大好きです。
